Phoenix Method Youth Soccer Camp

A 4-Day Development Experience | Ages: Youth Players

The Phoenix Method Youth Soccer Camp is a structured, high-energy training program designed to help players build confidence, improve technical skills, and grow as complete athletes. This camp blends professional training methods with a positive, supportive environment where players are challenged and encouraged every day.

Camp Details

  • Dates: Monday – Thursday

  • Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00 PM (players bring their own lunch)

  • Location: Total Turf Experience in Pitman, NJ

How the Camp Is Structured

Each day follows a consistent, player-friendly schedule so athletes know what to expect and can focus on improving.

Reset – Mindset & Focus

Players start each morning with short goal-setting and confidence activities to create positive habits and prepare mentally for training.

Train – Skill Development

Players work on age-appropriate technical skills including:

  • Ball mastery & first touch

  • Passing & receiving

  • Finishing & shooting technique

  • Defending & decision-making

  • Goalkeeper-specific training (handling, footwork, distribution)

Integrate – Game Application

Skills are applied in small-sided games that encourage creativity, teamwork, and real game decisions.

Test – Challenge & Competition

Daily challenges and competitive games help players perform under pressure while building resilience and confidence.

Reflect – Growth & Confidence

Players end each day reflecting on progress, effort, and improvement—helping them develop self-awareness and a strong player mindset.

Goalkeeper Development

Goalkeepers receive dedicated position-specific training each day while still participating in games with field players. Emphasis is placed on:

  • Handling & footwork

  • Distribution & decision-making

  • Communication & leadership

Awards & Closing Ceremony

The camp concludes with a Phoenix Awards Ceremony, recognizing:

  • Growth and improvement

  • Effort and resilience

  • Leadership and confidence
